Twins Secure Win Against Bat Cats

Junction City Brigade got on the board in the first inning after Peyton Firgens grounded out, scoring one run.
Joel Lindahl homered to left field, which helped Derby Twins tie the game at one in the bottom of the first.
Junction City Brigade took the lead in the top of the second. Brayden Harpole singled, scoring one run, to give Junction City Brigade the edge, 2-1.
Max Lialios earned the win for Junction City Brigade. The hurler allowed two hits and one run over eight innings, striking out three and walking one. Riley Kettner took the loss for Derby Twins. The starting pitcher went four innings, allowing four runs on four hits, striking out two and walking two.
Joel Lindahl and Griffin Cooley each collected one hit for Derby Twins. Joel Lindahl led Derby Twins with one run batted in. The shortstop went 1-for-3 on the day. Derby Twins were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Noah Allison had the most chances in the field with 11.
Brayden Harpole led Junction City Brigade with three runs batted in from the number seven spot in the lineup. The first baseman went 2-for-4 on the day. Gannon White and Brayden Harpole each collected two hits for Junction City Brigade. Junction City Brigade turned two double plays in the game.
