The Derby Twins summer collegiate baseball team is needing your help. Our players are some of the best college baseball players that come to Derby every summer to play in a summer league. This is our 20th summer representing Derby. We are looking for several host families to host our players from the last week of May to around August 5th. These players are not paid and therefore need affordable living while they are away from home. Host families make it possible for the Derby Twins to continue to recruit the best players from across the country and sometimes outside of the country but attending college in the US. Some of the benefits of being a host family include get to know a potential major league baseball player, good family entertainment, role models for host family children, get to know players and families from all over the country. Additionally, you can make lifelong friendships. Help make it possible for the Derby community to have a summer college baseball team.
