During the UWLX offseason, we are asking a few questions of our players to give you a little bit more background on them. Next up, we have Philadelphia Force attack Kara Mupo.
Talk about the sense of pride you have in being one of the founding players and trailblazers of professional women’s lacrosse in the USA.
KM: Being able to be a part of the first annual UWLX season has truly been an honor. I am very excited to continue to help grow and spread this sport in any way possible!
In your lifetime, what has been your most memorable or all-time favorite lacrosse moment?
KM: Winning two National Championships during my career at Northwestern.
If you had one message for young girls who are playing lacrosse, what would it be?
KM: What you permit is what you promote. Push yourselves and those around you to become a better person and player everyday.
Make sure to catch Kara and the rest of the world class players of the United Women's Lacrosse League when the UWLX plays its second season in the summer of 2017!
