FEDS READY TO ROCK THE JUNGLE

Fort Wayne, IN – The Fort Wayne Federals announced today that they have decided to suspend operations for the 2014-15 season, effective immediately. The franchise will remain in good standing with USA Hockey and the Junior Hockey community despite not participating in this season, Federals hockey will return for the 2015-16 season.
Here is the official statement from the Federals organization, "The enormity of the decision weighed heavily on all involved as the final decision was made to cease operations for the 2014-15 season. Our desire is when we return to the ice it will be with the full support of the community as we will bring an more improved and all around elite junior hockey experience for players and fans. This season will be used to re-group and assure that when we return to the ice next season as the best franchise we can be. We are not saying good bye, we’ll see you soon back on the ice next year bigger and better than before."

The Federals organization would like to thank the people of Fort Wayne for their support given over the past four seasons and all the great moments shared. They are beyond excited to make more great memories starting in 2015-2016 and begin a new tradition of excellence for the years that follow.
