Randy Renick is the Director of Stadium Operations for the Lorain County Ironmen. Renick has an extensive history around the game of baseball and has been with the Ironmen since their inception in 2010.

Renick played collegiately at Saint Clair College before going on to play for the Lorain Internationals in 1977. The Internationals played in the Cuyahoga County Class AAA baseball league.

Renick was with the semi-pro team for 21 years. He spent the first three years as a player and then in the final 18 years he acted as a player manager for the team.

In 1986 he also became a member of the coaching staff at Avon Lake high school where he spent 20 years before retiring in 2004.

Overall, Renick coached for over 27 years and racked up an impressive 521 total wins.
