18U Ontario Prospect Matt Shaw has committed to Corning College, a JuCo in a town called Corning in southern New York state. Shaw hails from Pickering and has spent two seasons with the Prospect organization. He travelled to the college to confirm acceptance in mid-June and is shown in the photo with the baseball team's head coach Lou Condon. Congratulations to Matt as he will report to the school late August to begin his post-secondary career playing for the Red Barons!
