The 14U Ontario Prospects wrapped up the 2013 Fergie Jenkins Showcase League championship as the victors in St. Mary's, Ontario, the weekend of August 9-11. Entering as the 3rd place seed in league standings, they were not awarded a bye and therefore had to battle through eight games over the weekend to emerge victorious. Head coach Mike Cyr was extremely proud of their efforts as the team won seven games all told. The 18 inch trophy now resides inside the walls of Home Run Baseball Academy.
