Pima Duo To Pitch For The Kings

SPRINGFIELD, Oh. - The Champion City Kings will begin their inaugural season by opening the 2014 Prospect League season at home on Wednesday, May 28 against the Chillicothe Paints at 7:05 p.m. The opening three-game home series will continue through Friday, May 30.
The Kings, along with the Paints, Butler BlueSox, Lorain County Ironmen, Richmond RiverRats and West Virginia Miners will make up the East Division of the 11-team league.
The West Division will consist of the Danville Dans, Hannibal Cavemen, Quincy Gems, Springfield (Ill.) Sliders and Terre Haute Rex.
The 60-game, regular-season schedule will include 30 home games for the Kings at Carleton Davidson Stadium.
The Prospect League All-Star Break will be July 7-9, with this year’s game being hosted by the Terre Haute Rex.
