Each week leading up to the Kings' season, we will name a "Player of the Week" among those who will be playing for the Kings this season. Here's week one:

 

Pima Community College Left-hander Cole Plouck tossed a complete-game shutout Saturday against Scottsdale Community College in route to the Aztecs' 1-0 win. Plouck allowed just five hits and struck out three during the outing.

 

Plouck is expected to be in the starting rotation for the Kings this summer.
