The Southern Ohio Copperheads are excited to kick off the 2025 season with the release of the teams fan favorite Grand Slam Ticket Package. The limited stock packages are designed to offer fans the opportunity to provide even more affordable family-fun experiences at the ballpark.

Grand Slam Ticket Packages include over $80 of value for $35 by providing 8 undated tickets to Copperheads home games during the 2025 season that can be redeemed at any game and discounts to local businesses in the Athens area such as; Larry’s Dawg House, Jackie O’s, Wings Over, The Pigskin, Ohio is Home merchandise, and Copperheads merchandise.

Former Copperheads Director of Ticket Sales, and current General Manager, Nick Medvitz, has worked hard to ensure that the packages are available to fans. “Our Grand Slam Ticket Packages provide us a way to allow fans to both make it out to the ballpark and enjoy some of the local businesses all for an affordable price,” Medvitz commented.

The Grand Slam Ticket Package is part of a larger collaboration with Ohio University's Business of Baseball class, where students gain hands-on sales experience while helping to promote this fan-favorite offering.

Director of Ticket Sales, Joe Molina stated, “Having the opportunity to sell the Grand Slam package in class gives all of our directors and the class the chance to get out in the community and meet the fans face to face! Overall, this experience is unlike any other class assignment and is unique to the Copperheads which is what makes this organization special.”

“The Grand Slam Package is an exciting opportunity for both the Copperhead directors and other OU students. By involving students in the sales process, we are not only expanding our reach but also providing them with valuable hands-on experience in ticket sales.” Styron Lebbie, who is the team's Director of Group Ticket Sales commented. “I'm excited for the upcoming Copperheads season! This year presents a great opportunity to engage with fans, help grow our community presence, and help create an unforgettable game day experience. I can't wait to see our hard work pay off and welcome everyone to Bob Wren for a great summer of baseball.”

The Southern Ohio Copperheads have been proud to offer this package since its launch in 2016, and it continues to be a favorite among fans of all ages.
