Erica Kromm is from Naramata, British Columbia. Kromm made her CWHL debut for Team Alberta in 2012, which morphed into the Calgary Inferno in the 2013 season. Kromm has played with the team for the past four seasons. In her youth Kromm was the Captain for Team BC at the 2007 Canada Winter Games and the Captain for Team Okanagan in 2006, winning gold.  In her university career from 2007-2011 Kromm was a blue liner for the Bears out of Brown University.
