Two OHA Graduates Selected in 2013 NHL Entry Draft

The Cambridge Winter Hawks pulled out a 3-2 (OT) overtime victory over the London Nationals on a clutch goal by Maxime Lamontagne.
The win gave Cambridge a 2-0 lead in the best of seven series.
The Winter Hawks pulled out the victory even though they were hit with 26 penalty minutes.
Cambridge was led by Lamontagne, who finished with one goal. Lamontagne scored 3:35 into overtime to make the score 3-2 Cambridge. Christian Barnard picked up the assist.
The Winter Hawks stifled London's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Cambridge kept the Nationals' goalie busy throughout the game, and Taylor Edwards made 39 saves on 42 shots.
Kyle Locke also scored for Cambridge. More assists for Cambridge came via Hudson Michaelis, Cody Gratton, Trevor Hache, and Chris Taylor, who each chipped in one.
The Winter Hawks were unable to stop London from sending pucks towards the net, and the Nationals eventually piled up 40 shots on goal.
London was led by Aaron Dartch, who tallied one goal and one assist. Dartch scored 17:35 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Sean Consitt assisted on the tally. London also got a goal from Jonathan Sims as well. Other players who recorded assists for London were Robert MacFarlane, who had one.
Lucas Machalski rejected 38 shots on goal for Cambridge. The Winter Hawks registered one goal on four power play opportunities. Cambridge ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Brandon Plourde was ejected from the game. The Nationals incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
