JULY 29 - The 2013 OHA Coaches Development 1 Clinic as well as the Trainers Level 3 Clinic took place at Wilfrid Laurier this past weekend.

Over the course of three days 58 participants at the Coaches Clinic heard presentations from NHL, AHC, OHL as well as a media personality, Bob McKenzie, a TSN Hockey Insider.

The Trainers course, which ran July 26 and 27th had participants listening to course instructor, OHL Kitchener Rangers Head Trainer, Dan Lebold. A number of different topics and situations were discussed and debated, ultimately the group of 32 participants enjoyed learning and sharing new and creative ideas.

The OHA would like to thank Wilfrid Laurier University for being able to use their Science Building over the course of three days, as well as housing those participants from out of town at the Laurier Residence. We would also like to extend our thanks to Dan Lebold for running the Trainers Level 3 Clinic and Rangers Head Coach Troy Smith for helping to run the Coaches Development 1 Clinic.

Finally, thank you to those who attended and participated in the clinics last weekend. OHA Development is looking forward to improving on this very positive event for next season!
