This is to inform and clarify to all players, coaches, organizations, media and our public that neither the Governing Body, Commissioners nor Steering Committee endorsed, authorized nor appointed Terry Upshaw as the President of Operations in the NPSAA. 

The current announcement released on January 14, 2013 regarding this is untrue and unfounded. 

The NPSAA has undergone some restructuring and rebuilding in the past few months, namely, the introduction of the Grade 10U Division, the appointment of Jermain Holness as Deputy Commissioner, and the formal introduction of the Steering Committee. 

These changes were implemented to ensure the growth and professional development of the NPSAA to be a sustainable and viable option for basketball players to achieve their goals. We will continue to evaluate, develop and improve our services each and every year.

The NPSAA would like to take this time to wish Tarry Upshaw greatness as he moves forward in his future endeavours.
