On August 25th, the Pacers held their annual banquet at the Point Edward Ex-Servicemen's Hall.  After a wonderful meal, opening remarks were made by the GM/Head Coach Ken Barrett.  He thanked all for coming and those hands which prepared the meal.  He also encouraged those who would be returning by telling all that inspite of the 5-15 record, it was a good season and they could just as easily have been 10-10 or even 15-5. 

Then the awards were handed out and the winners were:

Hustle-Heart-Desire: Ben Tamming (absent)
Unsung Hero: Lance Ross
Rookie of the Year: Dan Charlton
High Achievement in the Sport of Lacrosse: Brian Matthews
