Victoria Eagles Announce the 2024 Premier Manager and Coaches

2024 Premier Eagles


The Victoria Eagles Baseball Club is pleased to announce that 2023 Eagles Premier Manager Mitch Davidoff is returning to the Premier Eagles for the 2024 season. Victoria native Mitch Davidoff progressed through local baseball programs and played college ball at Tacoma Community College, Yakima Valley Community College, Patten University in California, and Central Christian University in Kansas where he earned a degree in Business Management. Mitch has previously coached with both the Victoria Mariners and the Victoria Eagles and was the Greater Victoria Baseball Association’s Technical Director for 5 years. He currently serves as the BC Head Coach for the Pacific Northwest Regional games in Washington State, and he is in his 10th year as Director of Baseball Operations at the Lambrick Park High School Baseball/Softball Academy.  
Also returning to the 2024 Premier Eagles are Associate Coaches Scott Smith. Scott was a member of Team BC twice, winning a Western Championship and a National Championship under Canadian baseball legend Walt Burrows. He played college ball at Green River Community College in Washington State. After college, Scott was a player/coach for the Goodwood Baseball Club in Adelaide, Australia. Prior to 2023, Scott had served as the Manager of the Junior Premier Mariners for 13 seasons, winning the BCJPBL Championship in 2012. New to the Premier Eagles dugout in 2024 will be Josh Campbell.  Josh played in Victoria in his adolescence and high school years and later played collegiate baseball at Treasure Valley Community College in Oregon. After returning home from college Josh completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Wellness from Camosun College. He then became certified as a strength and conditioning coach by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Josh has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for more than 10 years and specializes in developing high school baseball players. He has also spent time coaching baseball at the Premier level and the midget triple-A level. Most recently, Josh has been working at the Lambrick Park Baseball/Softball Academy as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and as a baseball/softball development coach.
