Three players were recognized by their coaching staff this week for their efforts this week. The Golden Eagle of the Week is awarded to an Eagle player who demonstrates the highest standard of inspiration, strength and resilience. Qualities we value in our organization, on and off the field. 

Week 12: June 16-22

Premier: Ethan Snihurowycz showcased his prowess both at the plate and on the mound, delivering an outstanding performance. Offensively, he went 4-for-10, including a double, demonstrating his consistency and ability to drive the ball. On the pitching side, Ethan tossed 1.2 scoreless innings, striking out two, allowing zero earned runs, proving his dominance and composure under pressure.

Junior: Lucas Virtanen earned this week’s Golden Eagle. Over two games, he reached base 5 out of 7 times and not only played but excelled while playing out of his usual position when the team needed him to. Lucas continued to demonstrate the exemplary leadership he has modelled all year.
