JAMESTOWN, N.D. — The Beavers squared off against the Jimmies for the 11th time on Friday night. With yet again, another tight battle between these two formidable North Dakota rivals. The Beavers got goals in each period from Drew Carter, Paul O’Connor and Carter Barley to beat the Jimmies 3-1 in Jamestown. Freshman Riley Wallace made 24 saves for the win in his impressive freshman campaign.
The Beavers will have a quick turnaround as they host instate rival UMary on Saturday night. The rematch will be the 2nd and final meeting between the two programs.
