To Our SBL Players and Fans,

This has not been an easy decision to make and we assure you all that we have given 110% in making this season safe, successful and the ultimate return to baseball we all needed. Unfortunately, after discussions with MLB and other alliance teams, the Sunbelt Baseball League has decided to cancel the 2020 season due to recent data of Covid-19 in the South.

As excited as our SBL staff, team owners and coaches were to proceed with this summer and be a valued part of our players getting back on the field, the health concerns and safety needs of all involved as well as their families is our number one concern.  
 

We would like to thank everyone who has devoted their time, resources and support to the league and look forward the playing again in 2021. For those of you who have paid, we will begin refunding everyone this week. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
