Recap | Canadians win series over Renfrew

Recap | Carleton Place 6, Renfrew 1 - Canadians Win Series 4-3, Advance to Semi-Finals. 

The Carleton Place Canadians defeated the Renfrew Timber Wolves in seven games with a 6-1 victory, Saturday night. This came after the Timber Wolves were down 3-1 in the series and won back to back double overtime games. 

The Canadians went 2-11 on the power-play while the T-Wolves were 0-6. Renfrew was also outshot 41-20 in the loss. 

Bolton, Eckert, Templeton, each had a goal and an assist in the win. Mosley also scored and had a total of 16 points in the series alone. 

Bailey Hein finished the series with 12 points in nine total playoff games. Finishing out his career strong in his hometown. Congratulations to Renfrews graduating players: Hein, Rouleau, Paquette, Ferraton, Brumm, Perreault, English, Scheuneman, Cochrane and Foster. The Timber Wolves had an amazing season and have their heads high heading into the off-season. 

The Canadians will take on the Ottawa Canadians in the semi-finals as the second seed faces the third seed. We are still awaiting the schedule for that series. For now, the schedule between the Vikings and Blue Wings is available below.
