OJC moves onto Semi Finals after explosive 3rd period

It was a great bounce back performance by Ottawa after losing game one 7-1. Jakob Brunette had six goals in the series and started the scoring yesterday but OJC would score three unanswered to take a 3-1 lead going to the third period after it was nodded up 1-1 after one.

Alexandria’s Dylan Stacey would make it 3-2, just 58 seconds into the third. The Canadians offense would explode for three goals from Belanger, Turner and Hilton to put the game to bed with an EN Goal. Nicolas Seguin had 5G/3A in the series while Declan Hilton collected 4G/3A in this series.

OJC will await their opponent in the semi finals. Alexandria season ends after a defeat. Congratulations to Alexandria Glen’s graduation players Jordan Changnon, Innis Macleod, William Simpson, Lee Seguin, Filip Ivanovic and Victor Bisson on their impressive careers.
