Ottawa, Ontario – Playoff Recap | Four playoff games were underway on Friday night with one series being decided via sweep and the others seeing overtime and a bench clearing brawl.

F | Casselman 4, Embrun 0 | Casselman wins series 4-0

Sean David and Sebastien Plante each had 2 goals to complete the sweep and move on to semi-finals. Zachary Paputsakis made 27 saves for his 1st career playoff shutout. Casselman outshot Embrun 32-27 in the game.

The Vikings wait for the results of the other three series. Semi Finals are reseeded with 1 playing 4 and 2 playing 3 regardless of the division.

Congratulations to the Embrun Panthers graduating players. Jeremy Barrie, Andrew Burke, Sam Tremblay, Tristian Whynot, Justin Brennan, Justin Gagnon, and Jean-Pascal Sabourin played their final game last night.

F | Perth 4, Westport 0 | PER leads series 3-1

Blue Wings scores all their goals on the power play. Baggio had 1G/2A on the night while Miller, Somers and Laird each collected 2 points. Perth outshot Westport 46-21. Peacock made 21 saves for his 1st career playoff shutout. The Blue Wings also had a record 500 plus people in attendance.

Perth travels to Westport for game five tonight at 7:30!

F/OT | Alexandria 2, Ottawa 1 | Series Tied 2-2

Jakob Brunette scored the tying SH goal plus he netted the GWG in OT. OJC outshot Glens 34-33 in the game.

Nicolas Seguin got SH goal in 2nd Period in Game 4 loss. Game five goes down tonight at Earl Armstrong.

F | Carleton Place 10, Renfrew 3 | CP leads series 2-1

Mosley had four goals while Vala added 2G/1A in win. Tensions boiled over in 3rd Period with Line Brawl which saw 10 players getting game misconducts.

Marinic had a goal while Perrault got 1G/1A in loss. Game four is Sunday afternoon in Renfrew at 7pm.
