MINOT, N.D - The Beavers will once again be battle tested all season long with the 2017-2018 schedule. With the majority of the games versus opponents inside the top 20, this will hopefully give the Beavers the edge when it comes to competitive balance. The Beavers will once again have 18 home games inside the Pepsi Rink at the MAYSA Arena. Highlights this season include, the home opener versus the mighty Oklahoma Sooners, a perennial top 15 team program on September 15/16. Other opponents coming to Minot, include instate rival the Jamestown Jimmies, Williston State Tetons, Utah Utes, new ACHA D1 program UNLV Rebels, Midland Warriors, Colorado State and the Dakota College at Bottineau Lumberjacks. The weekend fans will certainly expect to circle on their calendars is the arrival of the powerhouse top 10 Arizona State Sun Devils on January 12/13. 

The road schedule has some familiar tough opponents including the University of Colorado, Colorado State, Utah Utes and consistent top 10 program Iowa State Cyclones. The Beavers will have many challenges on the road this will undoubtedly prepare the boys for the national tournament in March. 

Head Coach Wade Regier is excited about this year's schedule. "It is certainly one of the toughest schedules yet again. It is part of the program we have built here. We always try to schedule the toughest games we can. This allows our guys to be battle tested in preparations for nationals. I think our fans and students are going to be excited to see some new universities with the best competition."
