The Solana Beach Cardinals beat the OC Surf 7-4 at Torrey Pines on Wednesday. Jonathan Vizcaino started on the mound for the Cards and threw 6 innings of one-run ball. Down 7-1 in the top of the ninth, the Surf stormed back with a three-run bomb by Steering. However, the comeback train ended there. The Cardinals improve to 12-6 on the year to keep control of first place in the South division. Solana Beach plays their next game vs. the South Bay Sliders on Friday.
