The Solana Beach Cardinals continued to play good baseball on Friday defeating the Signal Hill Oilers 10-2 at Long Beach City College.

The offense was powered by all members of the lineup, and the pitching was solid again. Alex Homick started on the bump for the Cards, throwing five innings of one-run ball. Homick was followed up by four innings of excellent relief from Herman Alvarado and SBL all-star Josh Little.

Solana Beach looks to keep it going on Saturday, when they match up with the Oilers again at Torrey Pines High School.
