Spartans have recently signed 6 foot 1 forward Derek Walker from Tampa, Florida. Derek was previously with the Tampa Bay Jr. Lightning before deciding to begin his junior hockey career with the Southern Oregon Spartans. The young forward will bring size and hard work to the Spartans organization. The Southern Oregon Spartans would like to welcome Derek Walker to the team.
