HC Merano Junior almost relinquished a two-score lead. The Adler made the score 2-0 on a goal by Thomas Mitterer at 1:37 in the third period. AS Hockey Pergine Solarplus got to within 2-1 on a goal by Devid Piffer at 9:36 in the third period.

HC Merano Junior's penalty kill excelled, as the Adler gave up one goal despite allowing nine power plays.

HC Merano Junior also got a goal from Daniel Rizzi as well. In addition, HC Merano Junior received assists from Julian Schwienbacher, Viktor Wallin, and Viktor Schweitzer, who contributed one a piece.

AS Hockey Pergine Solarplus found itself short handed often, totaling 16 penalty minutes and allowing eight power plays.

AS Hockey Pergine Solarplus was helped by Michele Ciresa, who finished with one goal. Ciresa scored 12:08 into the third period to make the score 2-2. More assists for AS Hockey Pergine Solarplus came via Andrea Gorza, who had one.
