The Windsor Express went into the third annual National Basketball League of Canada draft Monday night with only one selection but came out with three.  The Express selected 6' PG Denarryl Rice in the first round with the 8th overall pick.  Rice, a Detroit native, played for Southfield Lathrup in high school and played college ball for Arkansas Tech.  The Express then traded the rights to their first round pick in the 2014 draft for Halifax's second round (James Marcellus - 15th) and third round (Jason Dawson - 24th) picks in the 2013 draft.  Marcellus is a 6'9 F from Dorchester, MA who played for Delaware State in college.  Dawson is a 6' G from Columbus, OH who played for MVNU.
