The HCBL postseason picture is settled between the 1-3 seeds, but the 4 seed between the Sag Harbor Whalers (14-16-4, 32 Points) and the Shelter Island Bucks (15-19-0, 30 Points) is yet to be decided. Here are the scenarios that need to happen on the final day of the regular season for either team to get in.

For the Sag Harbor Whalers to clinch

Sag Harbor needs to either win or tie their last game of the regular season against Westhampton or have Shelter Island lose against Southampton.

For the Shelter Island Bucks to clinch

Shelter Island needs to beat Southampton in their last game of the regular season and have Sag Harbor lose to Westhampton to take the tiebreaker over Sag Harbor for the 4 seed due to having more wins (16) than Sag Harbor (14).
 

Whoever gets the 4 seed will face the top-seeded North Fork Ospreys in Game 1 of the HCBL Semifinals on Thursday.
