With the completion of week one of the CCBC season, here is a look into what you should see this week. Our first matchup this week is our series of the week as the Okanagan College Coyotes host the Edmonton Collegiate Hawks. The Hawks go into this week looking to continue their success after starting off the season 4-0 and at the top of the standings in the CCBC. This series should be a big test for the Coyotes as they look for a big bounce back week after dropping two games last week to the VIU Mariners. Our second matchup of the week takes place in Kamloops as the University of Fraser Valley Cascades head to Norbrock Stadium to take on the Thompson River University Wolfpack. The Wolfpack will look to keep building off of a 2-2 week as they look to try and win their first series at home. The Cascades will look to continue their success from last week and try to take the number one spot in the CCBC standing. The next matchup this week takes us to Vancouver Island as the Victoria Golden Tide take on the VIU Mariners. The Mariners look to continue to build off last week's matchup as they split the week 2-2. The Golden Tide look to get back on track this week after losing 4 straight to the number one Collegiate Hawks. The final matchup this week features the Prairie Baseball Academy Dawgs and the Calgary Dinos. After a disappointing start to the year the defending champion Calgary Dinos will look to bounce back this week as they look for their first series win. The Dawgs will look to move up the standing as they host their first home games of the year.
