Middle School Scores: Monday 3/25 and Wednesday 3/27

Smithtown 8 - Plainedge 0: Smithtown continues to have a great start with some great team work and puck movement. Dylan Haase, Jason Shankles and Vincent Duignan all have over 10 points to start the season.

Syosset 11 - Roslyn Blue 4: An impressive couple of games from Matthew Ferrante and Andrew August as they combined for 17 points in two wins.

Farmingdale 6 - Bellmore-Merrick 5 (OT): Jason Fiumaura's third goal of the game gave Farmingdale a 3-1 lead, but Bellmore-Merrick stormed back with goals from Eric Wurtzel and John Ackerman. Joey Messemer's second goal of the second half gave Bellmore the lead, but Tommy Sattler tied the game late and was able to win the game in overtime after a very exciting extra period. Goaltenders Vanasco and Grupposo combined for 37 saves.

Roslyn White 8 - POB / JFK Hawks 7 (OT): Chase and Cole Gindi looked to be in full control of this one thanks to some stellar saves from goalie Simon Klonsky, but full marks to Roslyn as they hung in there with some great teamwork and were able to climb back into the game. Charlie Newman's third goal of the game was nearly the game winner until Gindi tied it late. Ryan Fox's third goal of the game and seventh of the year was the game winner early in OT.
