CAMBRIDGE, Ont. – The Allan Cup Hockey League (ACH) is pleased to announce the 2022-23 season will include four teams and the regular season schedule will be released in short order.

The league will feature two new teams in 2022-23. Formerly known as the Flamborough Ducks, the club will now hit the ice under the name, Wentworth Gryphins. The Brampton Buccaneers have also joined the ACH as the league’s fourth team, and it will be the team’s inaugural season in the ACH.

“We are pleased to welcome the Brampton Buccaneers and Wentworth Gryphins to the Allan Cup Hockey League, and we are looking forward to a great Senior Hockey season,” said ACH League Commissioner, Tom Strauch on Tuesday.

Returning are the reigning 2022 Robertson Cup champs, the Dundas Real McCoys, and 2022 finalists, the Hamilton Steelhawks.

Last season, ACH teams participated in the 2022 Allan Cup Hockey Men's AAA Hockey due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fans can follow the action all season long at http://allancuphockey.com and on Twitter @AllanCupHockey.
