The Allan Cup Hockey league (ACH) is pleased to announce that Richmond Hill will become the newest member of the ACH league starting the 2024/2025 season.

Richmond Hill ownership consist of Alexander Marchisello and Christopher Stoikos, who are very excited in having their new Senior AAA franchise to be part of the ACH league.

They are both self-employed, Alex is a Professional Trainer & Coach in the City of Toronto mentoring athletes and lifestyle clients to reach their optimum potential. Christopher is an individual who appeared on ABC’s TV show Shark Tank as the inventor of the Coolbox and started a number of businesses since then including The Beard Club.

Plans are in the works to have this new franchise call the Elgin Barrow Arena Complex in Richmond Hill their home rink with seating for approximately 1500 ACH hockey fans.

ACH league Commissioner Rick Richardson stated “we are very excited in adding another team to our ever-growing league”.

Participants in the ACH league will also be awarded the opportunity to play for the Allan Cup known as the trophy emblematic of Senior AAA amateur hockey champions of Canada.
