NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) has entered into a three-year agreement with Zephyr Headwear, making the latter the official on-field cap of the New England League beginning in the 2021 season.

"The New England League is excited to partner with Zephry to be the official on-field cap of the NECBL,” commissioner Sean McGrath stated. “Zephry is a well-known and respected brand in headwear. I know our players and fans will enjoy wearing a quality product featuring the fun and original logos of our NECBL teams."

“We at Zephyr could not be more excited to begin this partnership with the NECBL,” said Jon-Michael McCahan, Zephyr Graf-X. “We believe our price, quality, and customization – among many other things – all align perfectly with who the NECBL is. We are excited to not only represent for the teams and players that will be wearing our product on field, but also for their fans, who we hope to see in the stands here very soon.”

As part of the agreement, Zephyr will be named as the “Official On-Field Cap” of the NECBL and will be ordered and worn by all NECBL teams on game day. Zephyr will also be designated as a corporate sponsor of the league and will receive banner advertisements online and at each ballpark.

Zephyr will also take part in providing specially designed hats for championship team to be worn on the field during their celebrations, as well as hats to recognize the weekly Pitcher and Player of the Week recipients. Fans can expect to see additional headwear options available in their favorite team’s respective merchandise stand throughout the season beginning next summer.
