GM’s beginning of the Month Report, April 1st 2020; Sunrise is at 7:20am and sunset is at 8:47pm for a total of 13 hours and 27 minutes of daylight. Weather has been some days sunny and some cloudy with temperatures in the 20s and 30’s. The Alaska Baseball League will make a decision on May 1st on whether we will have a season due to the coronavirus. We may start late on June 15 or July 1. There will not be a dinner this year for the 2020 Grand Slam Raffle drawing scheduled for April 25.  We will start drawing tickets on April 25th @ 7:30pm.  Each winner will be called immediately as their ticket is drawn. It will be certified and #’s recorded by the 2 volunteers that have done it for over 10 years. These two people not associated with the Miners will verify all 400 tickets in the bin and supervise the drawing.  We have called the State of Alaska Dept of Revenue and a live stream is prohibited. Each ticket is good for 2 season passes and 2 burgers and 2 soft drinks during the season.
