Hoots Transaction Update: Assistant General Manager

Hannibal, MO: The Hannibal Hoots have hired a new Assistant General Manager for 2019. Blane Mundle, of Hannibal, MO, will be joining the front office at Clemens Field this season. 

"We are extremely excited to add Blane to the fold here at Clemens. He brings a tremendous amount of experience in administration, leadership and organization. His resume is extensive.. Above all, he demonstrates the qualities of which we find most important. He is a servant leader. He is going to help us tremendously in and around the ballpark, as well as locally in the community of Hannibal." said Matt Stembridge, the team's General Manager.

Blane Mundle is a lifelong resident of Hannibal. He served his community as a teacher, coach, activities director, assistant principal, and principal for 25 years in the Hannibal Public Schools.

Blane received his Bachelors degree from Culver-Stockton College, his Masters from the University of Missouri, and a Specialist in Educational Leadership from William Woods University.

Blane has been involved with baseball as a player and coach from the youth level to college. He brings a unique perspective to the Hoots organization. Playing and coaching at Clemens Field he understands the great history Hannibal has in baseball. He is looking forward to working with the great baseball fans in Hannibal to make the Hoots a big part of the Hannibal community.

The Hannibal Hoots open their season at home Friday, May 31st at 7:05 pm.
