Four Hoots players have been selected to the Prospect League All Star team. 

Pitcher Hunter Becker, First Basemen Kyler Kent, Second Basemen Joe Roscetti, and Centerfielder Jared Wegner have all been selected to the Prospect league all-star team. Becker has 35 strikeouts in 8 outings. Kent started the season hot at one point touting an OPS over 1.000. Jared Wegner is ninth in the league in Batting average at .353 and is tied for fifth in homeruns while playing every player except one has played in ten or more games. Joe Roscetti leads the Hoots in doubles (5), triples (2), and comes in second behind Wegner in Homeruns (6).

The All Star festivities will begin Monday July 22 in Normal Illinois with a Homerun derby and will continue on Tuesday night with the All Star Game.
