Skyward will be closed on Monday, October 9th so there will be no classes in the gym or yoga studio that day!

Also, we have changed our yoga schedule beginning the week of October 9, 2017. There will no longer be classes on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning but we will continue to offer yoga on Monday mornings at 930 am and in the evening at 6 pm plus Friday mornings at 930 am. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we hope to see you in the yoga studio soon!
