Derek Humble will begin teaching yoga at Skyward on April 1, 2019. He is a certified Raja yoga instructor (2016 - Brampton). “Raja Yoga” basically incorporates yoga postures and the philosophy of being a good person.

He has pursued an eclectic mix of careers from artistic design to computer controlled systems to caregiver and now he has turned his focus to yoga.

Derek will teach open classes that may include a moderate level of physical activity, deep breathing and gentle stretches. There are always options and variations offered to suit all student levels!
