Game two of the 2017 Hero’s cup would put Canada up against the New England Police. Canada would come out strong but fail to score early and fall behind again in the first period. Goaltender Sheldon Johnson was spectacular between the pipes again stopping a barrage of shots in the first and third period. Canada would play a strong second period scoring two time on the back of Dominic Godard #91 who would score early in the second off a rebound placing it right under the bar. Godard would score again later in the second off a beautiful drop pass from Joel Chartland. That would be all for Canada who would find them self’s on the losing end of the score sheet again with a final score of 6-2. New England would score 3 times in the final two min of play to add to there lead. Defensemen Ebony Rama and Frank Foster were great all game playing a large amount of time. Forward Joel Chartland, David Rama, Linc Hoslke and Danny Labbare were great have some great chances that just missed.
