the 2016 Rookie of the year has been announced. The winner is Ryan Rotondo from Mudville.

Over the course of the season which saw him depart for a spell to play in the NECBL for the New Bedford Bay Sox. Ryan slashed .400/.468/.575 while scoring 12 runs and driving in 9. He also belted 5 doubles and 1 triple, while stealing 3 bases.

Ryan is taking his talents to Maryland-Eastern shore next collegiate season. Ryan also was named the ASG mvp this summer.
