1. Baseball tournament in Cooperstown
   1. Dates are July 16-17
   2. Cost is $1700. $250 non refundable deposit
   3. 2 games on Saturday, 1-3 games on Sunday. One game guaranteed at Doubleday.
   4. 9 slots available
2. League dates off
   1. No dates off for August 4th, 2018
   2. League opening day May 10-12
      1. It was decided no games will be scheduled on Tuesday July 3rd. Though if needed a make up game can be placed in that slot.
3. Old timers game
   1. We will be holding an old timers game on Saturday August 25th, 2018 at 630pm.
4. Sunset tournament
   1. Dates are September 7-9
   2. 8 teams
   3. 2 fields 
   4. 2 pools of 4 teams.
   5. winner of pools plays in championship game.
5. Free Agents
   1. Waiver style based on 2017 records
   2. 24 hour period from 5pm-5pm to decide if you are taking player. You must inform the commissioner if you take or pass. 
   3. once player has passed through waivers he is on open market.
6. League fee
   1. 2018 league fee is $4,000.00 for the season
   2. $200.00 is due on April 5th league meeting.
