1. Review of rules and operation for the 2019 season, these will be applied for the 2019 season.

• Addition of obligations for franchises
  • Attendance at all league meetings
  • Paid league fees
  • No forfeited games
  • Respectful on field
• Line up card guidelines
• Ground rules
  • Any baseball that hits a tree below the fence line, that ball would be in play.  
• Expansion to 22 game regular season
• If a player owes a league fee, the player will not be able to transfer teams until his league fee is paid to his prior team along with the players jersey from the prior team.  The player will stay on the blacklist until the player takes care of his obligations.
• Playoff eligibility is now 10 plate appearances or 10 innings pitched. The player must attain 6 plate appearances or 6 innings pitched prior to the first Friday of August.
• Elimination of the fake 3rd to 1st pickoff move

Next league meeting is on January 31st, 2019 at 7pm
