Offenses dominate as the Brothers Oven outscore the RR Legion 11-9

Pitchers had a tough day during the game between the Brothers Oven (10-7) and the RR Legion (6-9), as the two teams put up 20 runs combined in a 11-9 the Brothers Oven win.

The two teams combined for 24 hits in the game.

Tom Koch got on base five times in the game for the Brothers Oven. He scored two runs and had two RBIs. He singled in the fourth and sixth innings and doubled in the eighth inning.

Jason Martin was hot from the plate for the RR Legion. Martin went 4-5, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the second, fifth, and seventh innings.

Jarrett Archambault improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Brothers Oven. He allowed one run over three innings. Archambault struck out two, walked none and gave up four hits.

Ryan Gaydal ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
