Runs House again, held the lead, and controlled the game, this time to lose on a virtual buzzer beater. Pippen Ain’t Easy was relentless on the boards yet again, outrebounding their opponent by double digits for the 2nd time. These rebounds were huge,  captained by Sam McLaurin who battled Fukuade, and anchored the team on both ends. He finished the game with 20 points and 12 rebounds, including an offensive rebound and put back on a free throw with 3 seconds left giving Pippen Ain’t Easy the final.

Brett Jones hit a huge 3 to put them in position finishing with 15 points himself. Runs House got a good contribution from Dante Logan, who finished with 17 points 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals as he was just a blur on the court. Runs House went 50% from the line, including the front end of two 1 and 1, giving Pippen a chance at the comeback. Those crucial misses and turnovers in the last minutes, and the size being too much for Runs House, they lost a heartbreaker 56-55.
