Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as Missouri Blue defeated Wisconsin in a shootout 6-5 (2-1 SO).
The shootout featured 14 attempts between both teams. Wisconsin got a shootout goal from Aaron Maas. Missouri Blue's other shootout goal was scored by Hayden Parks.Missouri Blue was helped by Robert Seger, who grabbed two goals. Seger scored the first of his two goals at 11:11 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Missouri Blue. Seth McArdle assisted on the tally.
