The Merchants are excited to announce news about the upcoming 2016 season.  The Merchants are proud members of the newly formed CornBelt Summer Collegiate Baseball League, the season will kick-off June 1st as the team travels to Clarinda, IA to take on the always strong A's, then on June 3rd the Merchants host Sioux Falls Pilots for their home opener in Carroll, IA.

The Merchants will be skippered by Harley Thompson who coaches at DMACC and Luis Abreu, a former pro player, who is also an international scout for the Baltimore Orioles and President of Champions International Baseball Academy in Madison, WI.
