Not only did the Armada bring their sticks, but the Silver Sox forgot their gloves. This game was painful to watch for anyone rooting on Saskachewan. 4 errors in the first 2 innings leave the Sox down 4-1 and offense-less as Strecker was on fire on the hill. Strecker goes 4 solid innings giving up only 1 hit, 1 run (unearned), 4 walks, while striking out 6, making fools of his opponents. The only run coming in when Catcher, Josh Hatley, forgot his manners and priorities on a passed ball, arguing with the home plate umpire while a run scored and a runner moved from 1st to 3rd. His argument was a foul ball, not a passed ball. Whatever the truth may be, a run scored and another moved into scoring position. Fortunately for Hatley, this was the only run to be given up until the 6th inning when his team already had a commanding 11-1 lead. The final score ended up 12-4, the Sox picking up 3 during garbage time when the game was already over. Not much else to say about this one, other than to mention some notable stats from the Armada lineup.

Ryoma Jige: (2 for 3, RBI)
