Les Canadiennes jumped out to a six-point advantage by the end of the first period and beat Boston Blades, 10-1.  The last regular season win saw Marie-Philip crowned the regular season CWHL scoring champion, with Ann-Sophie Bettez, Kim Deschenes and Caroline Ouellette following in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th positions respectively in the league. Les Canadiennes also celebrated Fan Appreciation weekend in style, capping the season with a perfect record at home, a league-first.

Marie-Philip Poulin had one goal and three assists to lead Les Canadiennes. Poulin scored 5:07 into the second period to make the score 7-0 Les Canadiennes. Ann-Sophie Bettez picked up the assist.

Les Canadiennes kept Blades' goaltender Genevieve Lacasse busy throughout the game. Lacasse made 35 saves on 45 shots, and reached her own milestone, with 1000th shot of the season recorded during the game. Les Canadiennes found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season, scoring at the pace of 4.8 goals per game during the current campaign.

Les Canadiennes also got points from Caroline Ouellette, who also tallied one goal and one assist, Bettez, who also had one goal and three assists, and Karell Emard, who also registered one goal and two assists. Others who scored for Les Canadiennes included Kim Deschenes, who had three and Noemie Marin, Alyssa Sherrard, and Jordanna Peroff, who each put in one. More assists for Les Canadiennes came via Katia Clement-Heydra, who had two, Lauriane Rougeau, who had three, and Carly Hill, Sophie Brault, and Emmanuelle Blais, who contributed one each.

Megan Myers also scored for Boston Blades on a beautiful breakaway that snuck through Charline Labonte five-hole.

Charline Labonte recorded 17 saves for Les Canadiennes. Les Canadiennes incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Boston Blades incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
