LES CANADIENNES UNVEIL 2016-17 ROSTER

Les Canadiennes de Montréal announced today 30 players are scheduled to attend the team’s annual selection camp, which will be held Saturday, Sept. 3 and Sunday, Sept. 4 at the Bell Sports Complex in Brossard.
All nine players selected in the 2016 CWHL Draft will be on hand, including first-round pick Sarah Lefort, who broke Marie-Philip Poulin’s scoring records at Boston University; forward Marion Allemoz, captain of France’s Women’s National Team; and defenceman Nachi Fujimoto, out of Sapporo International University, who is travelling from Japan to attend the camp. They’ll join reigning CWHL MVP and regular season scoring champion Marie-Philip Poulin; Ann-Sophie Bettez, who finished two points behind Poulin last season; all-time CWHL scoring leader Caroline Ouellette; and back-to-back Goalie of the Year recipient Charline Labonté, among numerous returnees.

Sept. 3: 12:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
12:30 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.: Fitness testing
3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: On-ice training (Open to the public)
Sept. 4: 9:45 a.m. – 5 p.m.
9:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.: Medicals
3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: On-ice training (Open to the public)
